What the snapshot calculates

Approved output equals attempts multiplied by final approval rate. Review share equals review and correction hours divided by total modeled labor hours. Cost per approved output appears only when labor cost is entered and approved output is above zero.

How recommendation rules work

Control gaps take priority. With all four controls confirmed, approval below 80% routes to approval-loss work; approval at or above 80% with review/correction share at or above 25% can support one controlled AI-assisted test. These are transparent interface rules, not industry benchmarks.
